- Fix and Flip Financing: Loan consists of acquiring the property and providing the construction funds
- Commercial Bridge Loans: Loans consist of either commercial properties seeking to be improved and later refinanced or purchasing a deeply discounted commercial property to stabilize and then sale or refinance.
- Land and Development Loans: Loans consist of acquiring land with the intent to develop the land. Our Company will be more than happy to discuss possible JV or partnership deals.
