Prior to liquidating his portfolio, Mr. Hankins had amassed a portfolio worth nearly two million dollars ($2,000,000). His track record illustrates his adeptness of acquiring solid investment properties and possessing the ability to manage the stabilized assets as evidenced by achieving an average 85% occupancy rate.
