Victor Rozier has over 10 years of experience gained in the finance industry. He is currently the acting Chief Executive Officer.

Victor S. Rozier Sr. is a Pennsylvania licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Sales Agent who holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Rozier began his career as an auditor for Ernst and Young, LLP, also served as a tax associate preparing corporate tax returns for companies across a variety of industries within Ernst & Young’s, LLP tax practice. Mr. Rozier’s subsequent career move of becoming a senior property accountant for Thomas Properties Group (a publicly traded real estate company) is attributed to his various experiences with Ernst and Young, LLP as well as his personal involvement and experience in investing and acquiring real estate. Mr. Rozier’s initial role with Thomas Properties involved overseeing, analyzing and preparing financial statements for a billion dollar ($1,000,000,000) real estate portfolio located in Austin, Texas. This role included preparing consolidating financial statements of nearly 35 entities as well as SEC financial reports.
